Shipping & Delivery
We have multiple ways to ship items. You can choose the way that fits your budget and timeframe. US shipping is usually done by FedEx or LTL Truck Freight for larger items. Important: LTL Truck shipments: Check the crate and parts to see if they are damaged. The truck driver will wait for you to do this. If they are damaged, tell the driver you will not accept it because of the damage. Do not accept a shipment that is damaged. Once you accept a truck freight shipment, the LTL freight company will not cover damages. CMW Trucks is not responsible for damage to LTL truck shipments in transit.

You pay actual shipping. Our shipping estimator on this shopping cart is usually really close. However, it is a simple estimator. We will correct shipping expenses if the cart charges too much. We generally ship the least expensive way, unless you request a faster shipping method.

Privacy & Security
We take your privacy and security very seriously. We do not share your information outside of our family of companies.

Returns & Replacements
Please contact us about an item that needs returned. You may call or email us. We will need to know an item is coming. Please don't send it back without telling us first. This helps in making sure your item is replaced or a refund is applied to your invoice. Electrical products are not returnable.
Returns and Refunds:
Merchandise may be returned for a full parts cost refund within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, a 10% restocking fee will apply. Your refund will be the price of the merchandise. International shipments of items are not returnable. Shipping fees are not refundable. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted. CMW Trucks, LLC will not accept the return of merchandise that has been damaged or altered. Electrical products are not returnable. Rubber, wood and raw steel products are not returnable after 1 year. Raw steel products that are rusted are not returnable at all. Damage occurring during return shipment will be the responsibility of the customer.

You must contact us by email or phone before returning an item or order and have CMW Trucks, LLC approve the return. All returns should include a reason for return.

Shipping costs will not be refunded by CMW Trucks, LLC.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, USPS Money Orders, Checks (Checks take a few weeks to clear completely. We will not ship your order until a check is clear completely.)
