This kit consists of parts to convert your 55 – 59 Chevy truck straight axle pickup to power steering. The kit comes with a NEW power steering box from CPP, mounting brackets, hardware and a pitman arm to fit your stock drag link. This version includes a Rag Joint to mate your stock steering column to the new PS box. Also includes power steering hoses.
Works with almost all power steering pumps. PS pump is not included. Power steering rubber hoses and several fittings to fit common pumps are included.
Most trucks can use the stock drag link, but a few may require an adjustable drag link
